The following Terms of Service apply to both users and advertisers at Digadz.com. When registering at Digadz.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions explained below. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not register.ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in Digadz. Digadz is open to International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.GENERAL BEHAVIOUR
- 1. You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.
- 2. Any accusation without proof, threat or disrespect against Digadz.com and / or Digadz.com staff, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to termination of your account.
ACCOUNT
- 1. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will result to the termination of all of them. This also applied to your EgoPay / SolidTrustPay / Payza / Perfect Money and Paypal account which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
- 2. Your password is stored in an irreversible format so it will be kept secret from others. If in an unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. Every time when you will request your password, we will send you a new random one to your email.
- 3. Account is not transferable or sellable. Digadz does not allow you to sell or rent your account. In the event you attempt to sell or rent your account, the account will be limited with no access. Digadz is free to join and the selling or renting of your account to make a profit from your activities here is strictly prohibited.
- 4. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
- 5. We will only modify your user account information if you request.
- 6. Any users must used right information that can proof by Government Document
- 7. Any attempt to automatically view ad pages will lead to the permanent suspension of your account. We are not allowed any software.
REFERRALS
- 1. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.
- 2. You may refer as many people as you want.
- 3. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
- 1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
- 2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
- 3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or use the same email addresses on a new account.
- 4. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended.

ACCOUNT ABUSE
Multiple registrations shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Registering multiple accounts from the same IP address or from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Any use of Internet bots, also known as web robots or simply bots would be ground for immediate termination of your Digadz account. Bots are software applications that run automated tasks over the internet. Typically, bots perform tasks that are both simple and structurally repetitive, at a much higher rate than would be possible for a human editor alone. Digadz may file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple registrations or any other type fraud or abuse outlined within this membership agreement. This conduct will result in the forfeiture of any Digadz earnings you have generated. It is agreed between the member and Digadz that determining the specific dollar amount of damages sustained to the reputation of Digadz as a result of the fraudulent actions of either our advertisers or our members would be in some cases difficult to prove. Digadz takes seriously our obligation to protect our advertisers to be sure they are getting the true value of their investment dollars. For that reason, any breach of this agreement would automatically result in liquidated damages of $1500 in addition to any actual damages sustained by Digadz. Digadz reserves the right in their discretion to suspend an account upon investigation and conclusion that a fraudulent or deceptive act is occurring or likely to occur.Digadz does not allow the use of anonymizer or proxy servers to access our system. Digadz can at its own discretion block any member who knowingly accesses our system with an anonymizing, VPN or proxy server. We can and will suspend any account found to violate this policy. All funds in your Digadz account are immediately forfeited if your account is suspended for violating this policy.
In the event that you issue a chargeback on a transaction you completed while logged into your Digadz account, Digadz will suspend your account. A transaction is defined as a purchase that you knowingly made for an advertisement or upgrade. Digadz may at its discretion take you (the member who issued the chargeback) to small claims court to recover fees associated with the chargeback, including travel expenses incurred to file the necessary court paperwork. Digadz records all user activity while you (the member) are logged in. This includes the IP address that you accessed your account from, browser, and all clicks and pages accessed during your login. This information may be used to prove you did indeed authorize the transaction(s) in question. If you wish to have your account "unsuspended" you must agree to pay the initial transaction cost plus a $20 chargeback fee. Under no circumstances will Digadz reinstate an account that has issued a chargeback until such chargeback and initial transaction fees are paid.
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
You hereby represent and warrant to us that this member Agreement has been duly and validly executed and delivered by you and constitutes your legal, valid and binding obligation, enforceable against you in accordance with its terms; and that the execution, delivery and performance by you of this member Agreement are within your legal capacity and power; have been duly authorized by all requisite action on your part; require the approval or consent of no other persons; and neither violate nor constitute a default under the provision of any law, rule, regulation, order, judgment or decree to which you are subject or which is binding upon you, or the terms of any other agreement, document or instrument applicable to you or binding upon you.RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES
Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Digadz. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Digadz.You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned from Digadz Advertisers and/or Digadz.
THIRD PARTY WEB SITES
Digadz may now, or hereafter from time to time, contain links to third-party web sites. We do not control, investigate, monitor or check such web sites, we are not responsible for the computer programs available from, content in or opinions expressed at such web sites, and we do not investigate, monitor or check.We provide such third-party links only as a convenience to visitors of the site, and the inclusion of a link does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked site by us. If you decide to leave the site and access any third-party web site, you do so at your own risk.
INDEMNIFICATION
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Digadz, its officers, directors, employees, agents, members, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses (including attorney's fees and costs) of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by us (collectively the "Losses").PRICING
Digadz may without warning increase or decrease our prices for account upgrades, service purchases and other advertisements. In the event that we decrease our pricing, Digadz will not offer a refund for the difference in pricing to any member who made a purchase at the higher price.ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE FEES
Up to $0.001 shall be deducted, once each server day, from each cash balance you maintain at Digadz. Maintenance fees will continue until each balance is zeroed. If you are holding funds in both your Earnings Balance. for example, then a separate maintenance fee shall apply to each.DAILY POINTS TAX
All accounts, active and inactive, shall incur a point tax, and have their Points balances reduced by up to 50 Points each server day, until their accounts are zeroed.This is designed to wiping up inactive accounts, and to balance the sustainability of the business at scale; specifically regarding the Points that is given away for 'free' via our daily Dig Point Ads.ACTIVE / INACTIVE ACCOUNT
Only 'active' accounts shall be eligible to receive paid advertisements. If your account status show inactive, you will not receive any further Dig Value until such time that you click on an activation ad. Which will credit your account with 7days of 'active' status. You can accumulate up to a maximum of 15 days of ‘Active Status’ in advance. Any additional activation ads clicked from that point onwards, will just reset your Active Status to 15 days. Any account balances and Points shall remain in-tact during any period of inactivity. However Points will still be subject to the same “Daily Points Tax” like any other active or inactive account. Users can re-activate their account at any time, simply by clicking on an activation ad.Dig Value are issued to active user accounts for a limited period of 15 hours. If the user does not interact with the advertisement in that time, it shall be 'Discard ads' and re-issued to another user. Thereby if you do not click on the advertisements issued to you within the stated time frame, you shall forfeit any earning potential held therein. Additionally, you will forfeit the quantity of "Points" that are consumed by the delivery of that ad to your account, irrelevant of whether you interact with the ad or not. Furthermore, any ads you fail to interact with will count towards the ad delivery quota guaranteed by the purchase of any "Digger Account".
POINTS
Points are required to take delivery of "Dig Value". Each Point your account holds entitles you to receive up to $0.001 worth of advertisements, as soon as any are available to be issued. With each Value ad issued to your account, irrelevant of whether you interact with it or not, the corresponding quantity of Points will be deducted from your Points balance.Once this balance reaches zero, you will no longer be eligible to receive any further Value ads.
Furthermore, the total quantity of Points held within your account serves as a limit to the maximum value advertisements your account can receive. So if there are Value ads in circulation that are greater in value than the total of your available Points balance. Then your account shall not be eligible to receive them until such time that you increase your Points balance.
UPGRADE ACCOUNT
- 1. Digger:Digadz
offers a non-refundable Premium Membership upgrade for the cost of
$0.05. Upgraded, active users, with sufficient Points, shall receive
priority in receiving discard value ads over non upgraded, active users,
with sufficient Points.
This paid upgrade remains valid until such time that a total of at least $1.00 worth of "Discard ads" have been delivered to your account.
At which point you can purchase a new upgrade to repeat the process. Digger upgrades only guarantee delivery of the Value ads to your account, if you don't interact with them within 15hours of each ad being issued to your account, then you will not gain any financial benefit from purchasing this upgrade option.
Timing is 7 days or 168 hours from the time of upgrade. If you receive earning not reach to $1 within 7 days system will be auto extended or adding 7 days for free while you reach earning from Discard ads to $1 or more. - 2. Hunter Account:Digadz
offers a non-refundable Premium Membership upgrade for the cost of $3.
Upgraded, active users, with sufficient Points, shall receive priority
in receiving 10x 1% from $1 - $49 value ads over non upgraded, active
users, with sufficient Points.
Users have the option to buy an upgrade for their account, that will give their account priority in receiving the 10x 1% from $1 - $49 value ads that are created with each new Bundle ad campaign purchased that server day.
These 10 x 1% from $1 - $49 Value Ads are issued at the end of the server day, for all purchases made during the previous day. Ads are issued at random between all currently active Hunter Account upgraded accounts, provided those accounts are both active and have sufficient Points to receive the Value Ads.
Upgrades last 7days. In the event that your upgrade doesn't deliver at least $3 worth of Value Ads respectively, your upgrade will automatically extend for an additional 7days. And will continue extending for 7days at a time until such time that the minimum ad quota is delivered. There is no maximum amount of ads this upgrade can deliver. By upgrading your account to Hunter Account, this will override your ad filter for any 1% ads that target your account. - 3. Hunter Pro Account:Digadz
offers a non-refundable Premium Membership upgrade for the cost of $21.
Upgraded, active users, with sufficient Points, shall receive priority
in receiving 10x 1% from $50+ value ads over non upgraded, active users,
with sufficient Points.
Users have the option to buy an upgrade for their account, that will give their account priority in receiving the 10x 1% from $50+ value ads that are created with each new Bundle ad campaign purchased that server day.
These 10 x 1% from $50+ Value Ads are issued at the end of the server day, for all purchases made during the previous day. Ads are issued at random between all currently active Hunter Pro Account upgraded accounts, provided those accounts are both active and have sufficient Points to receive the Value Ads.
Upgrades last 7days. In the event that your upgrade doesn't deliver at least $21 worth of Value Ads respectively, your upgrade will automatically extend for an additional 7days. And will continue extending for 7days at a time until such time that the minimum ad quota is delivered. There is no maximum amount of ads this upgrade can deliver. By upgrading your account to Hunter Pro Account, this will override your ad filter for any 1% ads that target your account.
FILTER AD VALUE
Digadz offers users the ability to purchase a filter ad tool for their account in the form of an ad value filter. This will block low value ads from potentially flooding your account, and consuming your Points unnecessarily (if you don't want to waste your time interacting with them, and subsequently leaving them to discard ads). You can set the ad filter between $0.001 and $0.99.All ads of a value below your filter setting will simply not be issued to your account, with the exception of any "Small Value" you request from your Dig Value page, and also any '1% ads' issued to you as a result of a Hunter or Hunter Pro upgrade purchased from your upgrade page. Be aware that purchasing the ad filter will in no way increase the value of ads your account will receive. All it does is block any low value ads that were otherwise going to be issued to you.
In order to set the ad filter above $0.01, you will require 10,000 Points to be available in your account at the time of purchase. This is to protect users from purchasing a filter setting that is too high for their proven value. That would likely result in few ads or no ads ever being issued to your account.
If you would like to change your ad filter setting, you can buy it again at any time, and the new setting will override any existing value. Furthermore, if you have made an error with your ad filter setting, you can contact support within 72 hours of your last ad filter purchase, and we will adjust the setting for you free of charge.
BONUSES

PROHIBITED AD
Websites containing malicious script or code, excessive pop-ups, or viruses are prohibited. In summary, and without being exhaustive, no sites promoting the follow shall be submitted to Digadz:- * Adult Content or Sexually Themed Material
- * Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia
- * Tobacco Sales
- * Discriminatory Practices
- * Hate / Violence Sites
- * Weapons Sales
- * Pharmaceutical Sales
- * Illegal Downloads including movies, MP3, software etc.
- * Shorten url include frame like adfly
- * Automatic download site
PURCHASED
All purchased "Bundle Ad" Campaigns will have their purchased visits delivered within 180 days of purchase. Or they shall be refunded at a rate of $0.02 per un-delivered visit.About fees shall not be refunded. Ad purchases are final and otherwise non refundable. Bundle Ad Campaigns will deliver random active Digadz users to your website as soon as possible. The same user may visit your website multiple times. We are not responsible for any periods of downtime with your website, and we will deliver users to a blank page if your website is not working.
Users shall read your site benefits (10 seconds) before visiting for at least 20 seconds each. Users will enter a captcha at the top of the ad view page to confirm their visit.
Bundle ad purchases shall add:
- 100 impressions for 728x90 banner
- 200 impressions for 468x60 banner
- 300 impressions for 125x125 banner
-1500 Points per dollar spent, to the advertisers account.
These points can unlock various rewards / additional advertising opportunities within Digadz, for active users. But hold no fixed cash value, and cannot be redeemed directly for cash.
Advertisers may request corrections to their active ad campaigns, by submitting a support ticket on our 'Contact Us' page. Any attempt, whether successful or not, to chargeback an active / delivered ad campaign, shall result in an instant account ban. Forfeiting all the value in your account, prohibiting you from future ad purchases with Digadz, and your contact information shall be added to our blacklist and shared publicly in the form of a fraudulent user database.
ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) POLICY
Digadz Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") Policy is designed to articulate Digadz commitment to detecting, preventing and reporting attempts to use its financial services platform to illegally launder money, to finance illegal activities such as terrorism and drug trafficking, or to commit fraud.The principal objective of money laundering is to convert cash into some other form of asset in order to conceal its illegal origins.
Money laundering is the process whereby criminals conceal illicit funds by converting them into seemingly legitimate income. While the term refers to the monetary proceeds of all criminal activity, it is most often associated with the financial activities of drug traffickers who seek to launder large amounts of cash generated from the sale of narcotics.
Digadz does not deal with any money - never mind handling cash. Therefore money laundering is impossible with the use of our website. We do have a policy however to not assist our members doing any money laundering. The way to combat money laundering is Knowing Our Members. Since our members all have accounts at banks with anti-money-laundering practices in place, this means that all money used in Digadz is theoretically "clean".
If the money is not clean, then it is the bank who accepted the cash money from the exchanger who is at fault, not Digadz. Money laundering is impossible at Digadz as long as all the cash money coming in and out of our exchangers goes through banks with anti-money laundering practices in place.
SPAM POLICY
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, job sites, classified ad sites or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Digadz, and may result in legal prosecution. Digadz strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws.Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the spamming incident. Digadz may fine your account up to $100 or 100,000 points per spam email or posted website that is reported to us.
